Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- To initiate a return, please email us at rainbowmultiprintindia@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at rainbowmultiprintindia@gmail.com with images of the defective product.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
